Palak Bread Vada ( Spinach and Bread Vada )

Today's recipe is Palak Bread Vada. Vada is a deep fried savoury dish which is served during breakfast or snacks. There are so many different types of vadas made in India. The most common types of vadas are medu vada, aloo vada (made of potatoes) and sago vadas. But you can make any types of vadas of your choice. Today I am preparing with bread. Its super tasty and delicious. There are many different ways of making bread vada. You can really play with the ingredients, can add any vegetables of your choice in this recipe. Today I am using palak, (spinach) with bread. This recipe is my take on it However, you can add or subtract ingredients according to your taste.

In this recipe, I have just added all the ingredients together, kneaded into a soft dough and just deep fried it. That's it.  It is super crunchy from outside and soft from inside. Can be served with any chutney or dips of your choice, or you can also serve it with sambar. (lentils prepared with vegetables.)

So here is my recipe.
